Instant pot said food was burning, so I had to cut the cook cycle short (tho I have no idea what could have been burning tbh). It came out okay. I had to wing a lot of it, and it was a little soupier than I’d like, but the flavor was good. Not my best, and the kitchen is trashed, but 🤷‍♀️
