It should be acknowledged that these miscarriages of justice were exposed by journalists, mainly @kirkkorner.bsky.social, and without our reporting there would have been no political pressure for change
It was set up in 2015 for vehicle and travel-related prosecutions by the police, DVLA and TfL, then expanded to include TV Licensing, train operators, councils etc
