I'd love to be able to buy tickets more often, am sure most season tickets holders would be happy at the club making extra money for their seats. We need more income to compete in Europe

As football fans, we need to have a process where the next generation of customers can make that tried and tested route to STH. Go with guardian when young, go with pals from teen years, get season tickets with your older pals and repeat. That journey ain't open to all. We need a new template. 2/2

Good article. In a similar vein, football STH's have an aging demographic coming down the line. Majority of customers are 55+. They will all be hitting concession at the same time, or be giving up over a similar period. Many of them will be from the "lift-over" era, and the passion/habit stayed. 1/2

They should definitely make a on day empty seat ticket buy, sometimes people don’t know they can’t go till the night before and can’t get rid. Original ticket holders should get a proportion back.
Online redemption should be best way through client ref.
