I personally fact-checked this story the day it was published.
Every single claim Ana made was backed up by a direct link to Kirsche's own posts/stream clips etc. I have a complete archive of every link.
Do not let Kirsche or her trolls lie that Ana did not provide sources.

What the absolute hell, to drop Ana Valens and her factual reporting on matters. Disgraceful.
Like... I've worked at an official fact-checking organisation. When I tell you I verified her reporting & it was 100% accurate & fair, that means something.
I've also been involved in media law for years. —🧵
Ana reported the facts. That's not defamation
Fuck.
They are hunting for things to legitimise enacting serious violence against her.

And what's the if about her posting this? What about the denying the existence of trans kids and accusing their parents of abusing them? What's to fact check? It was her Twitter account, she never pushed back on her fans acting horrific. She wanted it
Because the same defense Ana Valen ultimately has (although risky in their case) to defamation lawsuit is also applied to Kirsche, both are arguably speaking the truth about each other.

On a more personal level, the issue I had with the article wasn't so much Valens, but who he chose as the source of Kirsche that leaves me weary.
Nbinted had a past history of victim blaming two attempted suicide victims (Doki and Sayu) 1/

First, assets are dispensed in bankruptcy in the order of which creditors are owed the most money. In Jones' case, that is the $1.5 billion he owes the Sandy Hook families he defamed. So their wishes weigh kind of heavily on the decisions of the bankruptcy courts. 1/6
Second, as much as I wish it were true, the Sandy Hook families don't own Infowars. 2/6
