Looking forward to the confirmation hearing.

Seeing as Emil Bove personally fired me from DOJ in retaliation for prosecuting January 6 rioters, I don’t think he should be confirmed to a lifetime seat as a federal judge. But that’s just me.

For the common man (me), yes there are some fireworks in these hearings and they do get asked tough questions from the opposition party mainly.
But it really just seams like a made for tv show.
They mostly always get confirmed.

From what we have seen so far, the confirmation hearings are as impotent as the American judiciary. If a judiciary are to weak to deal with J6 in four years there is not much a committee can do in a few hours.
