6/Last case is more geeky civil procedure in Blom Bank Sal. Lab Corp v. Davis is dismissed as "improvidently granted" so the lower court decision stands. That's it for today, but that was a lot. The Court may be on track to finish up by the end of June instead of going into July if this keeps up.

Mexico would be justified in carrying out military operations against gun makers. They gave the US a chance here to address this problem peacefully and America chose violence, like it always does.
