It is not going to hold in court, especially without parliament ratification or a referendum. Ukrainians should write in the referendum clause that would tie the agreement to public decision on the matter once the war is over.

Trump has no intention of offering Ukraine a fair deal regarding Ukraine's rare mineral resources. He wants only to TAKE from Ukraine without any GIVE from the US.

Ukraine cannot trust the US.
