We're in this 2-3 month liminal space where the impact of the China tariffs hasn't been felt yet, and the congressional GOP hasn't decided what to do about Medicaid yet -- in a way nothing has changed yet, so the public can mostly ignore, and yet 2-3 months from things will have definitely changed.
