May sound strange but when I packed in and whenever I got that craving I got an ice cold glass of water. The shock of drinking cold water for some reason worked for me. Plus water helps clear all them toxins. Keep it up! ๐
If I remember rightly someone told me that it takes 14 to 15 days to get rid of the nicotine from your system. Don't know if that's true but I know I felt better afterwards and felt the missing bit was getting easier. 20+ years now!
Already your lungs are clearing - you are doing THE ABSOLUTE BEST thing you can do for your health. And good for your purse! I know it is hard - been there - but it is SO worth it.
Excellent! Hopefully you're through the withdrawal by now. My experience is that the habit of lighting up takes longer. I occasionally wonder if I'm missing out by not smoking 13 years after I stopped.
You are doing really well. I have not vaped for over a year. I stopped smoking twice and kept starting again, I moved to vaping. Vapped for 10 years, reducing my juice strength. I know how hard it is and it is really really hard. Keep going. Lots of people are with you and very proud of you.
Congratulations! ๐ Keep up the good work! I think they say two weeks is the time when the cravings start to wane. I saw a hypnotist when I gave up, but it did take some time to kick in. When it did though I just stopped with no cravings at all. Felt like I'd never smoked in my life.

10 weeks today I've done and I'm proud of myself and you x
Well done๐
Stick at it - after a fortnight it gets a lot easier.
Hope you feel it is getting easier with each passing day. ๐

You've so got this..
I was careful to avoid militant anti-smokers. Their smug approval would have driven me back on the cigs for sure.
