So, if Scotland has never been in a Union with Westminster England and its Crown, which is now clearly the case, Scotland is a Colony and/or a Prisoner.

Its media is controlled by the occupier.
Its resources are the property of the occupier.
It's army is controlled by the occupier.
Its people are prisoners of greed.
There is no way we meet the criteria for Scotland being a colony.
This idea that integration by absorption makes you a colony is like saying a cat is an elephant because the both have knees.

That doesn't make Scotland a colony. Integration by absorption is perfectly normal and has no definitional imact, see the integration of East Germany to W.Germany.
🏴 IS a non self governing territory.
How can we not be if we get a yearly sum of money from WM ?
How can we not be when WM has the controls of all this ?
Who has the overall authority to issue section 30,s and 35,s ??
Is that what you are saying?
A non-self governing territory doesn't get to vote in UK elections by dint of living on that territory.
So your definition is just wrong.
Note: England does not have a 'Territorial Office', The UK Government resides in England, Scotland (for example) cannot have a territorial office of itself therefore ...
In Scotland we pay tax,it's collected in Scotland, sent to Westminster then they decide what % we get back.
Sounds like a colony to me.
I'm going to suggest you research a subject before making such a claim, or perhaps provide an argument...
Because that does not negate the fact that Scotland is a colony and needs independence...
This is why (see article ⬇️) England doesn't want to let us go. Scots pay the highest rate for energy in the EU.
Add oil & rare earth minerals along with a convenient "other" to blame for all England's woes.

It indeed did.
And very draconian too.
