My headcanon for them is that, since neither of them really sleeps as much as they should, they cat nap during short rests. They'll both find a shady spot under a tree and doze until someone wakes them.

In my HC he constantly suffers from nightmares when he trances, so when my Tav notices this she offers to pull him into her dreams with her using her wild magic so that way Cazador can't reach him there. He usually wakes up and finds his hand holding hers or he's snuggled into her

On my current tav's run Astarion is a bard/ rogue and I usually have him playing a violin or lyre. I hc that C*zador had him play for his own entertainment but after travelling with the party for a bit Astarion finds enjoyment in playing what he wants to, especially if it helps in a fight.

Yes, in my fic I'm working on, he has his wife, Rach, and his lover, Halsin, there. He's confused and totally needy, but also territorial. He wouldn't let Halsin get close to Rach; he could only be the dominant one during his rut. So Halsin relents and follows Astarion's lead.

I HC that Ascended Astarion is very caring towards Eliza, he will do anything to keep her happy at all times. The first time Eliza was upset/sad, Astarion felt those emotions tenfold which distracts him from doing things. It's a rule that Eliza must be kept happy at all times, whatever the cost
