If the Trump tax cuts expire next year Bezos loses more dollars than all my ancestors earned since dollars were invented. Also Bezos can buy Trump's endless love and forgiveness for a fraction of a percent of his net worth. I'm no mind reader but introducing the notion of fear seems... superfluous

It is import to understand the amount of power the executive branch has over a space company. They can throw a lot of money toward a company, but even more terrifying, they can effectively destroy a space company with zero oversight almost instantly. Bezos was incredibly vulnerable.
