Our “standard” pizzas and hot dogs are also called “all dressed”.
Pizza all dressed : pepperoni, mushrooms, green peppers (and tomato sauce and cheese of course)
Hot dog all dressed : mustard, green relish, chopped onions and vinegar coleslaw
