Tax the churches indeed. My mom oversaw the finances at a large church for 50 yrs. Last time I saw her I said the same thing. She didnβt argue. Sheβs a democrat in an all white town. I think she agrees because one of her Sunday school biddies confirmed their eating the pets. Mom almost fell out. π
Yes - especially employment taxes. Too many church/nonprofit employees find out too late that they have no ability to collect SSDI if they become disabled.

This resolution about taxing non-profits (H.R. 9495) in the guise of being an anti-terrorism bill is scary. It's feared that it may be used against any non-profit that stands up to trump. If that's the case, it better include churches. Some churches are in fact terrorist groups. I think it passed.
