I couldn't agree more. GOP seems to always have to have an enemy. We are all immigrants. It makes me sad what is happening and something has got to give.
Ditto.
The sole problem with βundocumentedβ is that we have a crippled operation for GIVING documentation.
No application services based in other countries, understaffed courts hereβ¦
Their very actions prove the lie. Instead of rounding up criminals as they claim, they are going after people in court that are following the process or going after people trying to find work at a Home Depot.
Me too. Just another disingenuous GOP talking point designed to gull the ignorant. Same as it was in the 1980s. At least back then the Republican spokesmodel was affable.
I grew up in L.A., a city where immigrants are a huge part of our communities. As far as I'm concerned, I would rather have them as my neighbors than what I have now- mostly MAGA types. π―

We have 11M+ undocumented people who have not committed a crime and have been here for a long time. They are taxpayers and good citizens. They should not be swept up in Trumpβs dragnet. They deserve a pathway to citizenship and should stay!
I couldnβt agree more. These people came here to workβnot to get themselves in trouble by committing crimes & definitely not to vote.
Where I live, they are all landscapers, construction workers, restaurant staff, nail salon employees, housekeepers, etc. They are doing work Americans wonβt do.
