UK, Canada, and the Commonwealth, and a few other countries. But bringing your own country's laws is against the neutrality of the internet (if that wasn't a thing, being LGBT would be punished to accommodate MENA users.)

At MOST loli is obscene but not CSAM, let it be known. And even then, it's all extreme cases with extreme things depicted.

I've poured over cases that had description of what landed into illegality to be able to say that.

it can be illegal under 18 USC 1466A (a) -- which does enhance the punishment, but that requires the material to be obscene under miller + possession of obscene materials isn't inherently a crime (but getting them via interstate commerce can be afaik, so like, that kind of erases that)

Most of the time in the US porn is defined by a 'use of a camera' and depicting 'real life individuals' . . . Art usually doesn't fall under this category. But again the justice system is flawed and it up to judge to decide how 'obscene' they feel the art is to send you to jail.
