I wish I could be one of those cool people who can drink coffee after dinner and be normal. It's like the perfect time for a coffee AND YET, I decline every time because I know I'd turn into Steve Buscemi crossed with an orange cat.

I've been told that the best way to get over the negative over-effects of caffeine is to consume a lot of it and desensitize. That terrifies me for some reason, lol.

I’m so sorry it keeps you up like that though! Most of my friends struggle with the same thing.
I just killed my body with energy drinks for years which is of course *terrible* for you, but I can drink coffee at night… I guess 😅😬🤷🏻♀️
