dio. friday. december, 1984. dad was skiing in utah & his coke dealer swings by. i'm 15. we line up at the bar, pour a few drinks, flip through the new times, see dio's at the madhouse @ mcdowell and walla!
within 2 hrs he's vomiting on my kangaroo larry mahan's while dio sings holy diver...
after the song, i drag him to his subaru, pick his pockets for the keys plus a few grams of coke and a couple hundred bucks. driving home where i made him drink a lot of water before he passed out on a couch. tossed his keys on the coffee table. he was gone by the time i awoke.
