I could count a handful of managers who all said that it’s part of the game. They then got screwed over with decisions and start moaning.

You can even go as far back as Klopp moaning about player welfare with so many games causing injuries. Everyone laughed, said get on with it.

It’s all well and good fans on twitter using ‘Liverpool bad’ for interactions and to appease the masses, but it almost seems like that same mentality has spread to the professional game too, as you so rightly pointed out.

They might genuinely support non league clubs, but humans still hold grudges and that’s the issue.

It still annoys me that the automatic offside system still isn’t being used in the Premier League!
