Recently spent 5 hours waiting in emergency (accompanying someone hurt) and was surprised to see that the nurses and doctors were unmasked. The number of people arriving with respiratory problems was staggering. I wore an N95.

&Supplement 1 tells how this reduction was for clinicians just using surgical &procedural masks only when in direct contact w patients in clinical areas (not halls,waiting areas,etc), & patients/visitors not even required to mask anywhere.Imagine if staff had used N95s &all others at least surgical.

Whatever you do, please don't call these common sense disease prevention policies "mandates". That will bring out the mouth breathing "freedom fighters" who see all science as tyranny.
