It won't. This is not something that you can just take to the Supreme Court. It's a congressional issue, and the Republicans don't have the numbers they need in the House or the Senate to even approve a PROPOSAL to change the constitution.
Honestly? I don't know. A good chunk of the American people, including Gen Z, have either shown their true colors or they fell for the propaganda being spewed by the right-wingers. In either case, my faith in the American people is practically non-existent at this point in time.

He can't. It's deliberately worded so Obama can't run again. You'd only be eligible for a 3rd term if you had 2 non-consecutive terms. So only Trump and Grover Cleveland can get a 3rd term.
