It's crazy to me that VRChat enabling Mipmap Texture Streaming was a small note in the logs despite the fact that it significantly dropped VRChat's minimum spec.

My AMD FX-8320e previously showed itself capable of 6ish avatars shown in an instance with heavy lag spikes and constant crashes. Whereas now I'm able to go into a 50 person rave instance with no shield no cull at a perfectly stable 10fps. Which is low but the key there is STABLE.
A 4GB RX 550 paired with a modern CPU showed itself capable of showing 10-20 avatars if I lowered the resolution. It's major weakness being fur shaders. 20 avatars is what I expected out of an 8gb card previously.
