A late lunch/early dinner in advance of my event in Louisville tonight. As you can see, I am occasionally capable of eating a burrito without gummi bears in it.

In what size room will the event be held? Is there adequate ventilation? Do you dislike those who will be around you? Are you able to control the pitch and volume of your flatulence?
Mexican food in Kentucky has clearly advanced by leaps and bounds since I was last in the vicinity. In the '90s Taco Bell was the best the south had to offer in that department (with the exception of one startlingly good find in Hot Springs, AR).
I’m deeply suspicious that there may in fact be Chef Boyardee cheesy beef ravioli, fruit rollups, and mayonnaise inside the facade of an otherwise normal-looking burrito.
Heretofore you have done nothing to diminish this suspicion.
I just finished reading "The Tale of the Wicked" in The New Space Opera 2 collection. I thought it was unsurprisingly great. It makes me wonder if Asimov is managing to make it into all the LLMs. 🤔
Looks delicious. I'd dive in face first. Interestingly, in the 'Mexican' restaurants I've been to, they've never domed my rice like that. It's adorable!
Not THAT different from the enchiladas suizas I buy from Comida Gauna down the road. Beans, rice, similar. Salad too. Instead of the burrito, 6 enchiladas full of shredded chicken and with Swiss cheese melt n cream. MXN110 or $5.50
There was a really good non chain Mexican place across from that huge strip bar. Bars ad was something like 19 gorgeous dancers and 1 ugly one. Louisville had some nice places. A better variety of quality places to choose from than West Palm area.
I would be somewhat surprised if you managed to find a Mexican restaurant (esp around every tour location) that specialized in "experimental horror burritos."
😂 Just imagine the reaction of the restaurant staff to the addition of gummy bears to their plates. How many times would you bounce on the pavement outside of the restaurant, do you think? 🤣
I’m in Louisville but have to be at the kid’s soccer practice during your event. ☹️ That isn’t keeping a certain song about “amore” from running through my head.
This Californian is suspicious of your burrito and molded rice. We are all very judgmental of other state’s Mexican food, and I would be remiss in my duty to not point this out. Have a great whatever that is meal!

KY boy Downunder
(But one of my sons is in the Lou’vul area & he likely has)
(Looks yummy, btw. I hope it was.)
The horror!
Flour tortilla is the key. Enchiladas are corn.
Do you have a rider that requires them to offer you burritos?

You ruined it!
