Either discrimination is legal or illegal. The progressive desire to apply the phase “it depends” to our laws and rights is not being tolerated anymore.

There you go again with the not thinking. "it depends" is used in the legal word because the case depends on the details, not that folks like you would understand or care about that nuance or difference.
