I think if current 1A doctrine is applied TikTok should lose. But I also think there are 5 votes to rule in a way that serves T___p’s interest (extorting a personal benefit from Bytedance in exchange for having his lickspittles in Congress repeal the law). So I expect an administrative stay.

I know I'm probably one of the very few people that trust the FBI... But the FBI said it's a problem with Chinese spying, and I believed them and they said don't use it because of that risk and so I shut it down.. the fact that they don't want to sell it to a US holder tells me all I need to know

Any effort for information privacy and the information broker industry would need legislation just on that, which is very unlikely to happen right now, so I see no real point to the tictok ban law, other than fighting in public view to pretend it is good or bad for a side.
