Oh, for that, you need to allow it on PC web browser! iirc it’s impossible to do it on mobile. Maybe they changed it but, you can change it on settings.
It is not hidden but depends a lot on your account handle, if you do not have NSFW enabled it will automatically hide it for you until you enable it, by default is off~
You can, but people who can see it is another issue entirely because nsfw posts are moderated out by default for new users to the platform, regardless of age.
