I got six months of free service from them when I first got my car, and then I was bombarded with emails, physical letters, and automated phone calls asking for my credit card details. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Didn’t bother paying them a dime since I got Apple CarPlay, and I mostly only listen to music while I'm driving.
