And it’s no-one’s fault, but it’s doubly disheartening seeing so many people (10-15 on Bluesky alone) having painted up their free, pre-release sets - which is to help promote the new release. But 15 minutes late to the website and gone.

Had the same problem with the last two Kill Team boxes.
One time I was successful preordering it from a local shop but the second time the preorder got canceled by gw.
I managed to get that one via another online shop.
