We have trading standards people too - you regularly see reports of them taking unsafe products off shelves / from suppliers.

If not, then you increase enforcement and have higher consequences for not meeting them.

There are lots of things to discuss.
I'd actually be open to an adjustment on the tex companies tax. It's only projected to be worth £1bn a year by the end of the parliament, so could be a relatively easy thing to offset against potential gains.
We should have nothing to do w Trump. Why should tech companies get a free pass? Mafia tactics. Plus any agreement won't be worth the paper it's written on and will damage our standing with the EU.
