Recap: since '15, 🇷🇺 used polonium to murder a dissident in the UK; used nerve agents to kill people in other parts of Europe; tried to kill the head of a major 🇩🇪 defense contractor; and repeatedly vandalized important underwater comms cables. Why would we want to refresh the diplomatic relationship?
