Is it now against the law for a Congressman or his staff to invite constituents into his office? Does DHS have jurisdiction inside a Congressman’s office?
- The DHS statement after the fact, change their entire justification to a wellness check. Which, depending on the first answer, would also be illegal unless there were sounds coming from in the office which established probable cause. Which there wasn’t
I’m unable to access the articles etc bc who knows but if they’re even trying to say person is “illegal “ how would they havs real id is my point. Just a thought.

ICE told one guy in NM or NC, I believe, they were trying to arrest at a job site that his realID was fake. That's how they get around that point. Of course, they released him several hours later;turns out it wasn't fake and he's a citizen
We are full on oligarchy and authoritarian dictatorship now and it’s only going to get worse sadly. They never stop at one targeted group . They eventually come for everyone not in THEIR controlling elite group smh
The only riot that did happen in the House chambers and that KILLED officers has been deemed a “tourist” outing and the felons involved have been pardoned because we now live in the fascist upside down.

Civilians had been advising immigrants of their rights in a hallway of the federal building while DHS was trying to question the immigrants
The civilians went upstairs to talk to the Congressional staff
DHS then entered claiming they were “rioters”
