I think a lot of companies aren’t sending stuff to the US because they don’t want to pay a tariff and then find out it’s been reversed a week later. Erratic decision making has costs.

Just an observation. Jaguar Land Rover ( a British Company) has suspended all shipments of its vehicles and presumably spare parts to the US until further notice. I imagine vehicles originally destined for the US will be going elsewhere.

To be completely fair, those 28 may be disproportionately small importers, meaning that might really constitute a very small % of flexport’s volume

That said, 28% of businesses that import with flexport are pausing their Asian imports
