My golden girl never barks. Never. Not for any reason. It may bc her older brother was a barky mouth & did more than enough barking for the both of them. She actually doesn't like it when other dogs bark.

I taught my chocolate lab to sing with me. "How much is that doggy in the window?' WOOF WOOF! "The one with the waggledy tail?" WOOF WOOF! I used it as my voice message for years and drove my friends nuts because they'd have to listen to the whole song before they could leave me a message. 🤣

My cats know I’m deaf, so most of them don’t bother to use their voice and just know I’ll lipread them. I only know that because hearing friends have told me.

Ok, I saw a similar video of this last week. I have 5 prolific LOUD barkers in my house. Spent hours on and off over a couple of days trying to teach them 'Indoor bark' complete with treats. What I taught them was to look at me like I lost my fucking mind.
