I'm not sure where these figures are for but I'm pretty sure they have nothing to do with St Helena in the South Atlantic Ocean.

They are OEC figures, and are what economists, bankers and many others use to give facts and figures about a country. But, and it's a big BUT, they do have a tendency to be a bit wrong and too high or too low.
