Thank you so much! I hadn't considered the inter-relationships between the shrines. I guess the God of Gardening needs to keep the Fair Weather god sweet to get that precious gardening time in.

That's what I figure! Also, need rain to make plants grow, but not wind or hail that makes plants die. There are different kinds of fair weather!
