Luton do not have great pace at the back, 1 or 2 injuries but they big and physical. Joesph to stretch them then sleepy Joel on 70 - 75 to finish them off.

I’d give Piroe a run of games at 9. Can’t keep chopping and changing at that position IMO.

He’s by far our best finisher and his movement and runs into/in the box are excellent.

Piroe at 9 would mean a change of system to get the best out of him. He cannot score if he doesn't get the chances. Don't think Farke will change much.

It needs some tweaks in terms of the kinds of balls into the box to play to his strengths. But that’s just good coaching.

If Farke is so inflexible that he can’t adjust patterns of plays to maximize the talent he has that’s a problem.

We need to adjust anyway to counter all the low blocks we see.

Unpopular opinion, but I think Joseph has to start scoring consistently as a starter soon (assuming he gets the chances) or he'll become another Bamford ...maybe him in front of Gnonto might work as a good pairing.

Big ask of joesph to be a regular goalscorer in his 1st full season. What's he played 14 or 15 games, not all starting, 2 goals, 4 assists, plus he is scoring for Spain u21. He needs a little time and patience, not ready to write him off yet. Said he'd get 15,I'll stick by that.

I agree and think he needs another season...but to get out of this league teams need a no. 9 who can get it done. Thankfully the wingers are providing the goals at the moment but it would nice to have a Viduka or a Beckford up there to give us more of a threat.

2 nd top goalscorers in the league best goal difference. Used properly joesph and piroe are fine at this level. Now if we are talking a replacement for patand joffy then I am inboard with that. 25% of goals scored from subs, so it is working

Season before he was excellent too. He was the main difference maker. The issue since has been his injuries.

Getting to that level would be a huge success for Joseph.

I can sort of agree and I'm not one of the Bamford haters but he has missed an awful lot of sitters that you'd expect an international class striker to score which can polarise opinion of him. I'd say he was quite decent without being brilliant.

Think Bamford is done, injuries have caught up with him, need a striker who is available for more than half the games. Say what you like about piroe and a lesser extent joesph, not injured much, usually available for selection and both capable at this level.

BA been much better than I thought he would be. He's played a lot of games done loads of travelling so maybe a rest with 3 games in a week.

Just got a feeling he might start JG in place of Rothwell Luton have some big physical players +are good at set plays.
