Knew it was going to happen when I started this journey, but I still annoy myself
Only thing that's super consistent is breakfast: 2 strips of bacon, 1 egg, carb (English muffin / biscuits / corn cakes / etc), 8oz coffee, bowl of Raisin Nut Bran w/ 1% milk
1-2x a week I get Mongolian, which has a tremendous quantity:calorie value
2-3x a week I'll eat a chicken breast w/ veggies of some form (salad, broccoli, etc)
Rest is wildcard
