This Court refuses to acknowledge the bad faith of this Administration.
Had the entire Court signed on to the very straightforward factual “Statement” of Sotomayor, Kagan & Jackson, it would be different.
Given the outrageous nature of the facts & this Admin’s recalcitrance, this is not strong.

I’m glad about the Court’s ultimate decision. BUT the way I read it, the District Court has to: “clarify” what “effectuate” means but “defer” to the Administration.
The Administration is ordered to “share what it can”about the steps it’s taken “and the prospect of further steps.”
I don’t love it.
