This guy in the video is just throwing rocks at every car that passes by. That's not fighting the police or ice or Trump. A lot of these people are just being assholes

It may be possible, but it looks to me that the traffic is stopped and only ICE and police is driving on the road. They are well known for using civilian/unmarked cars.
No he's not. Every vehicle he even makes an attempt at has the same green graphic on the side and at least one has a light bar on the roof. The one he doesn't is a plain black SUV.
Those cars are from the Home Depot ice raids. What compels you to believe these are just civilian cars trying to flee? Get the whole story first next time 🙄
