Why are you posting videos of owners not helping their dog so they could get a better shot? You do realize how many people are going to do the same thing so they get a chance to have their dog shown in this account.
It was four seconds, but honestly, we only have the video to go off and to pick at seconds apart seems much (but that's my opinion, i understand to others it may not). Point is they get them unstuck and the puppy appears unharmed.
