Yep~ A blend of peanut butter, whole milk, heavy cream, and your choice of syrup-based sweetener~ I personally like chocolate syrup since it doesn't bother me but other options like maple syrup or even honey are options as well~

It really is~ The catch is that the full 40oz (5 cups) recipe clocks in at just over 3k calories so hopefully you've either got an exercise plan in mind or are ready to watch your waistline expand~
