Nah, though. Raise your banner. Rally your armies. Seek out your enemies. Demand their surrender and obiesance and if they will not submit destroy them so completely they can never threaten you again.
How I got through high school and guess what? I Did outlast the bullies by the time graduation came around. Learned to approach navigating the healthcare work field. That and killing them with kindness.
I, unfortunately, am not. But I've gotten this response from several comic creators recently, and it seems like French publishers know what's what! 😆 95% of my library is HCs, and I wish more US pubs would do them as a matter of course.
French publishers do an incredible job with collected editions, marketing...really everything. The art form is taken far more seriously over there lol.
My mantra of late,
"When I despair, I remember that all through history the way of truth and love have always won. There have been tyrants and murderers, and for a time, they can seem invincible, but in the end, they always fall. Think of it--always." - Mahatma Gandhi
Kind of reminds me of that quote from Halo Reach, "I once met a soldier who told me he thought his weapon was a time machine. He wasn't killing the enemy, but moving them forward to a time when they were no longer alive."
Not the same, but reading the above panel reminded me of this for some reason.
"Not all battles are fought for victory. Some are fought simply to tell the world that there was someone on the battlefield" -

Currently reading the Age of Madness by @joeabercrombie.com and this sounds very much like Clover. Though his method of staying alive may be questionable.
