Which is why I still prefer Osimhen. But I disagree that it doesn't make sense. It just sets us on a different path: instead of gaining tactical flexibility, we'd be doubling down on a specific style of play and hoping to reach a higher ceiling with it than you could otherwise.

Same profile: players get more reps of the same attacking style and achieve its ceiling faster, at the expense of flexibility.
Different profiles: team has the ability to attack in different ways depending on game state, at the expense of familiarity.
And I agree that a class box striker would be ideal. I'm just saying you don't *need* one to be successful.
