A good friend lost her Mom a few minutes after midnight this morning. It's a bit more poignant because her Mom survived Auschwitz. Alone. As a child. That's her on the back left, her face half concealed. Her name was Ruth Muschkies, and she was from Ostrowiec, Poland. (1/3)
