Not only am I glad that Joe pardoned Hunter, I think it's high time that Joe thought about testing the limits of Presidential Immunity.

I mean, if a pol or Supreme Court Justice is a threat to democracy, then isn't it well within the scope of the President's official acts to do something about it.
