Trump got what he wanted: he weaseled his way out of getting tough on Putin by claiming "progress" where there is none. Putin said no to a ceasefire and Trump simply gave up and sided with Putin. He doesn't have the courage to challenge Putin. A predictable sucker, loser and weakling.
