Fantastic response to a research study.

There is no purpose to having people commute to an office if the work is solely handleable through an online connection, other than security.
There is argument to be made that WFH cuts into your life in a way that tradition 9-5 doesn't.
Both can be true.
Maybe the problem is wage-slavery?

Jeez Carl, you can just say you hate your family and despise being around them, you don't need to blame science.

Yeah, there are studies about longer work days, more evening work, longer meeting with more people since WFH started
Seems like a whole lot of that "extra time" has been absorbed by employers, instead of freeing up employees.

Did we even need a study to know this? I think we'd all rather work in the comfort of our own homes than drive forty minutes and spend eight to ten hours among strangers who are mostly indifferent to you.

Opinion is not fact.
Data are valid.
Exceptions are the rule.
No problem with the response if it had been phrased “that may be true for many/ most, but not for all including me”.
