Not aimed at anyone in particular so I apologize if you catch a stray, lol, but felt like making it for some lil pet peeves I've seen over the last year of being here.

This way i never get away with the "I don't feel like doing it" excuse, I've always got to write SOMETHING.
It helps those that are visually impaired, adds context, and helps ereaders amongst other things.
To add, the gifs you can add directly from Bluesky do not add alt text automatically. You will have to click the "alt" button and the text will be there, just hit save/confirm/whatever the button is
That’s how I got used to adding it all the time.
(also im used to the UI and i dont like change 😭)
