How long can you store a Nanopore library before loading it on to the flow cell, anyone got advice?

If it doesn't have adapters attached, as long as you like.
If it does have adapters attached, load it onto the flow cell straight away.
While you can probably still run an adapter-attached library months after the attachment, the sequencing run will suffer.

Thanks, this is what I was hoping but I don't have any experience since 2020 on a different chemistry. After barcoding, so you store at +4 or -20? I'm using 2kb PCR amplicons.

I prefer to store the library in the fridge on magnetic beads just prior to the elution step.
Store in a non-cycling fridge at *at least* 4°C.

This was also something we talked about in the lab today, helpful to hear all the variations others use.
