it's more common to see articulated bellows on medium/large format view cameras. with full-frame and smaller format cameras you'll mostly only see tilt, shift, and tilt-shift lenses and adapters without a bellows (already pretty niche), but if you're an absolute sicko, SST bellows are the way to go
